Thunderbird 115 on Slackware 15, close, minimize, and maximize don't follow WM/DE theme

Updated and got the newest Thunderbird, but it doesn't seem to follow the XFCE theme and has the close, minimize, and maximize buttons on the left instead of the right. I can't seem to figure out where to tell it to follow the WM/DE settings. Anyone familiar?
