by slackuj from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6EVPJ)
Hello,
I am using debian-12 ,bookworm.
Recently,I came to discover that my root-partition is almost(91%) occupied.
what could be the possible causes ? and How to discover them?
---> my root home directory is empty
---> i have recently installed apache-tomcat server and eclipse-web-ide.....but both are in my home directory...which is in a separate partition
--->my /var/log/journal/fc5-----a9 directory contents occupy 2.7GB of space....Is it okay to delete files contained in /var/log ???
