How to read and send WhatApp messages on Linux PC

Hi all,
I expect to read/send messages from Whatsapp account of my mobile phone on my Linux PC, but without the mobile phone turning ON (not remote Desktop)
There are many suggestions on Internet.
Linux OS: Linuxmint or Ubuntu
