Dolphin Add-on

In Garuda Dragonized Linux, Dolphin has a special feature that I have not found in any other distro that uses Dolphin. I would like to be able to add that feature to other distro's that use Dolphin. The feature is that when I hover the mouse over a Jpeg thumbnail, I get a small pop up window next to the mouse with a slightly larger version of the thumbnail and more importantly, a pop up of what appears to be the exif data. I have looked at the add-ons in that version of Garuda and can not find something special for that. I have taken screen shots of the add on list and compared that with other distros and can not find something special to the Garuda install. I have sent an e-mail to the admins asking the question and have not gotten an answer. I have posted on the Garuda Forums and have not gotten an answer. I do a lot of photography and I do a lot of distro hopping. I would like to be able to set up this feature in other distro's that I try. Can any one here help me?
