Baltimore shooting: four wounded at Morgan State University, say police

Victims reportedly receive non-life-threatening injuries, with city council member saying it is believed three people fired into a crowd

At least four people were wounded, none critically, in a shooting at Morgan State University in Baltimore on Tuesday, according to authorities.

Baltimore police initially said officers were on the scene of an active shooter situation". Police kept the campus on lockdown for hours, telling people to shelter in place and avoid the area. The address given for the shooting appeared to match a residential building on the same block as a city police station.
