Google Safe Browsing

Hello,
I am currently getting a deceptive website ahead warning by google when trying to access a free streaming tv website. I do not have cable or other access to tv shows and rely on free streaming ones for access to news (junkie) and a few others types.
How can I know how valid google's warning should be taken? 100%? How dangerous would it be to set to ignore and access the site? The website in question is relatively good on reliability for working streams and would like to continue using it. Can anyone report websites to google and it being accepted without evidence proving it? Surely there must be a verification of some sort by google?
Thanks for any input*
