The New York Jets are looking at all options for wide receiver Mecole Hardman including a potential trade, sources told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

The 25-year-old hasn't provided much of an impact for the Jets since signing a one-year, $4-million contract in March.

Hardman has recorded one reception for six yards and was inactive for Sunday's win over the Denver Broncos. He has played just 24 snaps through four games to begin the season.

Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, and Randall Cobb have led the way for the Jets' wideouts corps. The club opted to activate Xavier Gipson and Irv Charles ahead of Hardman in Week 5.

The Georgia product spent the past four seasons as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs. The 2019 second-round pick was part of two Super Bowl-winning teams, and he earned a Pro Bowl nod during a rookie campaign in which he recorded 538 yards, six touchdowns, and 704 kickoff return yards to go along with one score in 2019.

Hardman posted 25 catches for 297 yards and four scores in 2022 with the Chiefs. He missed the final nine games of the regular season and the Chiefs' divisional-round playoff matchup due to a pelvic injury.
