Help with GIMP please.

i've been using LILO as booter since forever.
I am looking to change the orange colours in tuxlogo,bmp to a similarly graded blue to match a penguin's environment,
I am having a lot of difficulty with gimp with changing the colours from orange to blue so the Pengy stays the same but the others are moved to blues.
If anyone could point me in the right drecton I would be most grateful.
