New here and new to MX (Used anti-X briefly before)

I have been using MX for about 2 months now and found I had to make some tweaks out of the box. Most everything works well except Virtual-Box wasn't very cooperative along with a few other programs. Would anyone be willing to give a slightly modified version of MX a try and let me know your thoughts on it?
