Hamilton woman feels 'ripped off' after booking short-term rental home through Vrbo

A Hamilton woman says her rental home booked through Vrbo wasn't as advertised and the company didn't do enough to help. The company says it has a process to help, but it has also faced over 1,000 complaints in the past 12 months, according to the Better Business Bureau.
