Patrick Mahomes is again atop the NFL MVP oddsboard following his Week 7 showdown against the Chargers.

The Chiefs quarterback is +275 to win the award after his 424-yard, four-touchdown performance rocketed him ahead of Tua Tagovailoa and Jalen Hurts among MVP front-runners. Mahomes was the betting favorite before the season began.

Mahomes has led the Chiefs to six straight wins. Their Week 1 loss to the Lions is their lone blemish this season.

The reigning MVP winner's partner in crime, Travis Kelce, is also putting together another incredible campaign but isn't getting as much love in the QB-heavy MVP market. He's +15000 to win the award while sitting at +4000 to claim Offensive Player of the Year.

Tagovailoa soared up the oddsboard early in the season and became the favorite following the Dolphins' Week 1 victory. Tagovailoa and Josh Allen then jockeyed for the top spot until Mahomes' resurgence.

Hurts has quietly lingered around the third to fifth option on the betting board. But he's yet to have the eye-popping game like Mahomes or Tagovailoa that shifts the betting market's perspective.

Lamar Jackson is also making a move. He vaulted from +1600 to +600 after he and the Ravens dismantled a highly touted Lions team. Jackson threw for 357 yards and three touchdowns in Week 7.

Christian McCaffrey holds the shortest odds for any non-quarterback at +2500. He's looking to become the first non-QB since Adrian Peterson in 2012 to win the award.
