How can I find someone to set up QEMU/KVM for me?

Hello, I know nothing about Linux, need to hire someone to help me set up QEMU/KVM on a personal computer (or two) - but I have no idea how to find someone. When I call local computer repair shops they hang up on me...

Anyone here in the San Diego area? Or some ideas how I might be able to find someone?

OR maybe someone elsewhere in the US who can build me the computer and set up the QEMU, and ship it to me?
