CD-ROM problem.

Hello everyone. I have problem with detecting CD-ROM with my laptop. I tried so many commands and methods from forum u show and only time I can detect the CD-ROM is with that command "dmesg | egrep -i 'cdrom|dvd|cd/rw|cd-rom'". Result of that command is here:
