Every Monday during the season, theScore's Justin Boone runs down the recommended waiver-wire pickups.

Roster percentages are based on Yahoo leagues. Free Agent Budget (FAB) amounts are based on a $100 salary cap. Only players rostered in less than 50% of leagues are considered.

Next upRosteredFAB
vs. NO17%$2

Dobbs exceeded all expectations in an impromptu debut with the Vikings this week, throwing for 158 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 66 yards and another score.

The fact that he did all of that less than a week after joining the team at the trade deadline should give fantasy managers hope that he can be a productive QB2 who can also keep Minnesota's skill-position players relevant.

The matchup with the Saints isn't great, but it's followed by the Broncos and Bears in Weeks 11 and 12. The Vikings will also get star wideout Justin Jefferson back soon, which will help keep Dobbs on the streamer radar most weeks.

Kyler Murray and Will Levis are close to or above the 50% rostered mark but would be the top adds this week - if available.

Risky streaming options: Russell Wilson at BUF (46% rostered), Bryce Young at CHI (17% rostered), Taylor Heinicke at ARI (11% rostered), Gardner Minshew at NE (26% rostered)

Desperation streaming options: Zach Wilson at LV (8% rostered), Kenny Pickett vs. GB (17% rostered), Aidan O'Connell vs. NYJ (5% rostered)

Desperation streaming options (if starter is out): Tyson Bagent vs. CAR (4% rostered)

2QB or superflex stashes: Tommy DeVito, Ryan Tannehill, Sam Darnold, Carson Wentz, Matt Barkley (all 0% rostered)

Next upRosteredFAB
vs. CLE4%$9

This is a bad week for waiver wire adds, so fantasy managers need to take a longer view for potential pickups.

Mitchell has missed most of the season due to injury, but in his limited playing time, he's added a new wrinkle to the Ravens' backfield as a lightning-quick runner who appears to move at a different speed than everyone around him.

That led to a nine-carry, 138-yard, one-touchdown performance in Week 9 on just 18% of Baltimore's snaps. That's the problem with his current fantasy outlook: He's stuck in a committee with Gus Edwards and Justice Hill.

The coaching staff will hopefully take notice and find more ways to incorporate Mitchell into the offense. For now, he's an intriguing stash who could become a fantasy difference-maker if his role continues to grow.

Leonard Fournette, Bills
Next upRosteredFAB
vs. DEN31%$9

Buffalo chose not to promote Fournette from the practice squad this week, so we've yet to see how he looks in this offense.

The 28-year-old remains a stash in hopes that he can carve out a significant snap share in the Bills' backfield. That'll begin by challenging Latavius Murray for the No. 2 back role and could eventually lead to a timeshare with starter James Cook.

It's a role that could offer RB3 fantasy value with RB2 upside if Cook were ever sidelined.

Devin Singletary is above the 50% rostered mark but should be rostered in most leagues.

High-upside backups like Tyjae Spears (41% rostered), Zach Charbonnet (44% rostered) and Elijah Mitchell (20% rostered) should be rostered in most leagues.

Flex options: Antonio Gibson at SEA (45% rostered)

Risky flex options: Ezekiel Elliott vs. NYG (44% rostered), Jaleel McLaughlin at BUF (29% rostered), Justice Hill vs. CLE (37% rostered), Jamaal Williams at MIN (29% rostered)

Dart-throw flex options: Joshua Kelley vs. DET (23% rostered), Samaje Perine at BUF (21% rostered), Rico Dowdle vs. NYG (3% rostered), Ty Chandler vs. NO (1% rostered)

Dart-throw flex options (if starter is out): Emari Demercado vs. ATL (33% rostered), Keaontay Ingram vs. ATL (17% rostered)

Other backups to roster: Tank Bigsby (10% rostered), Roschon Johnson (42% rostered), Kendre Miller (7% rostered), Zamir White (2% rostered), Matt Breida (4% rostered), Michael Carter (1% rostered), Chase Edmonds (2% rostered), Latavius Murray (13% rostered)

Bye-week stashes: Jerick McKinnon (30% rostered), Kenneth Gainwell (28% rostered), Jeff Wilson Jr. (26% rostered), Royce Freeman (26% rostered),

Deep stashes: Trayveon Williams (0% rostered), Emanuel Wilson (0% rostered)

Next upRosteredFAB
vs. DEN6%$8

Shakir featured in this column last week, as well as in the stash section of Start, Sit, Stash, Quit before Week 9.

Yet he somehow remains available in 94% of fantasy leagues.

The 23-year-old did his part by following up a 6-92-0 stat line with 4-57-0 on Sunday. More importantly, his playing time continued to rise as the Bills' No. 3 receiver.

Consider him a weekly flex until something changes - like when tight end Dawson Knox eventually returns from IR.

Michael Wilson, Cardinals
Next upRosteredFAB
vs. ATL12%$8

Wilson is on track to return to the lineup this week after sitting out with a shoulder injury in Week 9.

Prior to missing that contest, the rookie topped 55 yards in five of his last seven games.

With Kyler Murray returning as the starter, Wilson is in a position to have a strong second half of the season and potentially emerge as a weekly WR4/flex with upside.

Tank Dell, Rashid Shaheed, and Tyler Boyd are close to or above the 50% rostered mark but should be rostered in most leagues.

Flex options: Demario Douglas vs. IND (35% rostered)

Flex options (if healthy): Curtis Samuel at SEA (35% rostered), Zay Jones vs. SF (19% rostered)

Flex options (if starter is out): Noah Brown at CIN (2% rostered)

Risky flex options: Jayden Reed at PIT (20% rostered), Elijah Moore at BAL (47% rostered), Odell Beckham Jr. vs. CLE (25% rostered), JuJu Smith-Schuster vs. IND (19% rostered), Quentin Johnston vs. DET (34% rostered)

Risky flex options (if healthy): DeVante Parker vs. IND (1% rostered)

Dart-throw flex options: Darnell Mooney vs. CAR (14% rostered), Rondale Moore vs. ATL (8% rostered), Jonathan Mingo at CHI (8% rostered), D.J. Deep stashes: Marvin Mims Jr. (13% rostered), Donovan Peoples-Jones (5% rostered), Kyle Philips (0% rostered), Isaiah McKenzie at NE (0% rostered), Jalin Hyatt (4% rostered), Tre Tucker (0% rostered)

Tight endscropped_GettyImages-1700682548.jpg?ts=16 Stacy Revere / Getty Images Sport / GettyLuke Musgrave, Packers
Next upRosteredFAB
at PIT22%$5

Musgrave is coming off his best game of the year with 51 yards and a touchdown versus the Rams.

It's worth noting that his production came in an easier matchup when wideout Christian Watson missed time with a variety of injuries. The Steelers will present a tougher test for the rookie in Week 10.

Still, his performances so far this season make him a mid-range TE2 streamer who could return top-12 numbers if Watson's injuries impact his availability this week.

Streamer options: Jonnu Smith at ARI (28% rostered), Gerald Everett vs. DET (31% rostered), Cade Otton vs. TEN (5% rostered), Hunter Henry vs. IND (38% rostered)

Risky streamer options: Michael Mayer vs. NYJ (12% rostered), Juwan Johnson at MIN (10% rostered), Daniel Bellinger at DAL (1% rostered), Chigoziem Okonkwo at TB (26% rostered), Tyler Conklin at LV (14% rostered)

Desperation streamer options: Irv Smith Jr. vs. HOU (4% rostered)
