CUDA error cufftplan3d

Hardware Gigabyte X79-UD3, Intel i7-3930K, GTX-680
Software Debian 11 amd64, running namd3 (a Molecular Dynamics tool: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-e&q=namd)
While trying a simulation, cuda error, which I do not understand
Code:FATAL ERROR: CUDA error cufftPlan3d(&forwardPlan, n[2], n[1], n[0], CUFFT_R2C) in file src/CudaPmeSolverUtil.C, function plan3D
on Pe 0 (gig64 device 0 pci 0:2:0) Everything as to cuda seems to be OK
Code:NVIDIA-SMI 470.199.02 Driver Version: 470.199.02 CUDA Version: 11.4Graphics output from this video card, with various packages (GIM for example) with color quite OK
