Using PipeWire, fallback sink in pavucontrol changes unpredictably

The basic issue: pavucontrol's ifallback sinki changes by itself for no apparent reason.

Some details: This is a HP thin client T620 running Debian 12 iBookwormi. Xfce is installed (access is usually via ssh). The audio software is PipeWire. mpg123 is playing constantly from a playlist. The computer is connected via Bluetooth to a hi-fi. After a day or a week, the music stops. I open pavucontrol to the Output Devices tab. It lists 4 devices: Built-in Audio Pro, Built-in Audio Pro 7, Built-in Audio Pro, and AIS01F. (AIS01F is the bluetooth receiver.) I forgot to notice which sink is selected, but all I have to do is click the button for the AIS01F, and everything is good for the next hours or days. To be clear, there was no problem (this time) with the bluetooth connection.

Any idea whatis happening with pavucontrol? Thanks for any suggestions.
