Kali Linux WIFI Not working---Please SOS

My kali Wi-Fi is unstable, No network is discovered, I'm running kali on Hyper V,I have a USB Wireless adapter linked to the external switch, i have installed compact_wireless-2010-06-28 and Broadcom Installer driver, still not working, I was able see the Wi-Fi console but no network was discovered, I have deployed Kali on VMware and VirtualBox, still getting same issue, please SOS
