Cowboys' Lamb: I'm NFL's best receiver
Dallas Cowboys star CeeDee Lamb doesn't think there's a wide receiver in the NFL right now who's better than him.
"I'm the top receiver in this game and there is no question about it. If there is, I'll see you again next week," Lamb said after Sunday's 49-17 win over the New York Giants, according to David Moore of the Dallas Morning News.
Lamb put on a show versus the Giants, catching 11 passes for 151 yards and one touchdown en route to becoming the first player in NFL history with at least 10 catches and 150 receiving yards in three straight games. He also added a score on the ground against New York.
Dak Prescott backs Lamb as the sport's top pass-catcher.
"No. 1," Prescott said when asked where Lamb ranks among the top receivers in the league, according to Jon Machota of The Athletic. "He's the guy I throw to. I know the work he puts in. ... Talented guy. And he's young. He's scratching the surface. He's special."
With their Week 10 victory, the Cowboys swept their two-game season series against the Giants by outscoring their division rivals 89-17 in 2023.
Lamb, who's now topped 100 receiving yards in five different contests, has racked up 68 catches, 975 yards, and four TD receptions this campaign.
"We're going to continue to do this for as long as we can," Lamb said postgame about his connection with Prescott, according to Fox Sports.
The 6-3 Cowboys visit the 1-8 Carolina Panthers in Week 11.
