Facebook chat nor working in Firefox but works in Chrome

Facebook chat nor working in Firefox but works in Chrome
The Facebook page comes up in Firefox, but when trying to chat with it, it gives a "no internet connection" status
But I switched to Chrome and it works fine chatting
?
I figured it would give a "no internet connection" in Chrome too, but it works in Chrome
