How to make a super computer with a Cluster of Raspberry PIs ?

I have four RPIs with raspios Buster.
They are on a router:
192.168.1.101
192.168.1.102
192.168.1.103
192.168.1.104
How can it be with a cluster to make a super computer? So called cluster.
