Where is the Chrome browser cache in a ChromeOS file system?

Newbie here, sorry if this is the wrong forum.

A website I like has taken itself offline. It is not archived on Google or Wayback. I'd like to know if it is stored on my browser, on my Chromebook.

This used to be relatively straightforward, but Chrome has removed the cache view from the browser functionality. I have tried searching for apps or extensions but they only search online, not offline files

I am using chromecacheview through WINE to search folders individually, but since Linux is so different from Windows this is a needle in a haystack strategy.

Searching online offers a variety of answers dating back to before Chrome removed easily viewing the cache and after, little of which are relevant.

If this was Windows, it would be easy - can a talented expert help me with Linux??

Many thanks!
