Hill to pay salary of photographer suspended over backflip celebration
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has offered to cover the lost wages of the photographer whose credentials were suspended by the NFL.
Kevin Fitzgibbons, a content creator the NFL hired to cover Dolphins home games, revealed in a video posted to social media Tuesday that he was suspended for the remainder of the season for his role in Hill's viral backflip touchdown celebration against the Carolina Panthers in Week 6.

When asked about the suspension Thursday, Hill said he and Fitzgibbons are longtime friends and that he'd be compensating the photographer.
"Me and K-Fitz, we've got a long history together," Hill said, according to Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN. "The news is something that I already knew. I told him don't let this get to you. Just hold your head up. You're still young. Continue to do what you love. Me and him are going to continue to work together.
"I told him I was going to cover his salary, whatever the NFL was going to pay him or whatever. I told him I was going to make sure that I do what's right and take care of you, make sure you're not out of a job. That's my guy."
A league source told ESPN that although Fitzgibbons was suspended, he remains an NFL employee and has not been barred from future events.
