Virtual HDD LED

Does anyone know an applet or app that mimics the HDD LED ? My Dell notebook has no LED at all. I use and external USB keyboard and KDE5 with Slackware 15.0. I found a small app that lights the scroll lock LED, but if there is a native KDE5 applet, I will prefer.
