I can't hear it -- audio unselectable

Ok, I open invidious. But the sound is coming from my USB midi. But pulseaudio shows no controls for it. I restart /etc/rc.d/rc.pulseaudio and no change. There is no selection for chromium. I cannot select other outputs like my headphones, HDMI, etc.

I try alsamixer, pavucontrol, but nothing changes. What do?
