Barber gives free haircuts at downtown Hamilton park to those in need. He's paid 'in conversations'

Collin Alfred, 28, has been offering up his barber skills at Gore Park most Saturdays for over a year. For some of his regular clients, like one man experiencing homelessness, he has become 'family.'
