Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle won't play against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday due to a high ankle sprain, head coach Mike McDaniel confirmed Friday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Waddle sustained the injury in last week's 22-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. and Braxton Berrios are the wide receivers most likely to see an uptick in snaps with Waddle sidelined. Robbie Chosen and Chase Claypool could also get more playing time.

Waddle has played in all but one game this season. He missed the team's 70-20 victory over the Denver Broncos in Week 3 with a concussion.

The Alabama product has eclipsed 1,000 yards for the third consecutive season, hauling in 72 receptions for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns in his 14 starts.

Miami will clinch the AFC East with a win over Baltimore, while the Ravens would lock up the AFC's No. 1 seed with a victory over the Dolphins.
