Can Mint start the PC alone if it is installed on a machine running Windows 10 now?

My PC:
Acer aspire T3-715
Windows 10 Home 64b. 22H2
SSD 128GB and SATA3 HDD 1T x 2pcs 2T capacity
CPU Intel Core i5-6400
DDR4-SDRAM 16GB 2133MHz
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
I want to install Peppermint on this machine and want Peppermint start the machine alone without Windows 10.
My question: Is this practical?
