Some manual pages for calls and libraries are missing from my install

I'm using ArchLinux and noticed that some manual pages for calls and libraries are missing. As an example chdir(2) and getcwd(3) and from miscellaneous section, feature_test_macros(7).
I'm confused as to why this is, as I've found some other calls which are available to me.

I've found them in the info pages. But i still can't find feature test macros.
