I can't install my HP Ink Tank wireless 416 on USB on my PC

Goodnight.
I have a PC with Debian 11 installed.
I have an HP Ink Tank Wireless 416.
HP printer has USB and Wi-Fi functionality.
I don't use Wi-Fi connection on my PC. It connects to the internet via cable, which is connected to the internet operator's modem/router.
When I turn on the HP printer, the Debian system immediately recognizes it and installs it automatically.
If I turn off the HP printer it disappears, it no longer appears as being installed (fixedly) on the system.
I know it's not installed as it should be. The correct, normal thing would be for it to be installed and listed as such in the "printers" toolbox.
If I send it to print. It doesn't print. I need to change its configuration, "enabled", change, change, have it printed again. And it takes time.....
Then, suddenly it prints. And this could take 2, 5 or 10 minutes. The error messages, meanwhile, are "printer disconnected" or Wi-Fi not configured.
But, I'm not going to use the printer over Wi-Fi. I want to use it only with the USB connection. My PC doesn't even have wifi.
I don't know what I can do to configure it, install it once and for all, on USB. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you very much.
