Static noise from slackware - SSD or NVME

I know this sounds real strange but this happens only on slackware, whether its an SSD or NVME only on my desktop machine. If I put either of these in my laptop, I don't hear any noise. And when I run mint on SSD or NVME on my desktop, no noise. This sound sounds like static noise. It never stops. If I move the mouse, I hear it. Even idling. It is quite strange, but does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?
