Adam Bodnar, Poland's justice minister, has outlined the legalities around the Mariusz Kamiski case on social media.

Polish president Andrzej Duda said today that he would not rest until the politicians Mariusz Kamiski and Maciej Wsik are freed from prison.

I will not rest in the fight for a fair and just Polish state. I will not rest until Mariusz Kamiski and his colleagues are free. I won't be scared. I will act legally, in accordance with the Constitution and the law - as before.
