[SOLVED] HP Probook, Where is the camera setting?

I am using KDE Neon Plasma, but the camera is not working,
The light on the top of the screen turns ON, but the camera doesn't see me.
In the hardware list, no camera shows.
When I run a command line, I get the following:
Code:lsusb | grep -i cam
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0408:5483 Quanta Computer, Inc. HP HD CameraAny suggestions?
