Hiccups after updating current (64 bits)

Hello Folks,

Recently, my slackware64-current was updated with slackpkg (bot multilibs and slackpkgplus are installed). For most part, everything is working fine with few hiccups.

For instance, my wpa_supplicant configuration text files (like wpa_sup_home.conf) are now located in /etc/ (like /etc/wpa_sup.conf ) instead of /etc/wpa_supplicant/ (such as /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf). Is that the new spot for those configuration files?

Also, once logged on in x-windows (kde) and trying to switch back to the terminal with the keys ctr+alt+fn (whereas n is a number between 1 and 10). And I could not find the xorg.conf file in /etc/X11/ (but there is a file named xorg.conf-vesa there). Terminal emulation works fine within kde.

Note: my Fn keys seems to be properly mapped. For instance, when pressing F5 it does refresh the webpage.

Note: system in question is an old HP-Probook G640 G2 with a Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100U CPU @ 2.30GHz.

Thanks for any input!
