Buffalo Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis and safety Taylor Rapp won't play in Sunday's wild-card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, head coach Sean McDermott announced Friday.

Davis sustained a PCL sprain in the regular-season finale against the Miami Dolphins, while Rapp suffered a calf strain in the win.

The pass-catcher's injury reportedly isn't considered serious, but he won't be ready for the first round of the playoffs.

Davis ranks second on the team behind Stefon Diggs with 746 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. Receivers Trent Sherfield and Khalil Shakir and tight ends Dawson Knox and Dalton Kincaid will likely take on greater workloads with Davis sidelined.

Rapp - who intercepted Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa to seal the AFC East title for Buffalo - has appeared in 16 games this season (four starts) as a backup to Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer.

Cornerbacks Rasul Douglas (knee) and linebacker Tyrel Dodson (shoulder) are questionable for the wild-card matchup, with the former missing practice Friday.
