The Buffalo Bills are calling on fans to lend a helping hand in getting Highmark Stadium ready for Sunday's wild-card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Bills announced that they're looking for people age 18 and over to shovel snow inside the stadium beginning Saturday night and continuing into Sunday morning if needed. Shovelers will be paid $20 an hour and provided with complimentary food and breaks.

Sunday's forecast for Western New York calls for high winds, frigid wind chills, and blowing lake-effect snow, according to WIVB 4. The NFL has no plans to relocate the Steelers-Bills matchup, though, as a spokesperson told WIVB that "there's been no discussion of a change in the game's status."

New York Governor Kathy Hochul declared a state of emergency for the region Friday while also issuing a warning to any Steelers fans planning to make the trip to the game.

"One final bit of advice, and this one's for our friends who are thinking about traveling from Pittsburgh to watch the game. We think it's just better if you stay home and tune in on television," Hochul said. "It'll be safer for all of us. It's going to be a rough game for you anyhow."

Kickoff for Sunday's game is at 1 p.m. ET.
