Would I be considered a dinosour for using RHEL.

I have used several of the "more modern" Linux distributions i.e. Ubuntu or OpenSuse. that seem to be based on the variations of the Linux kernel that are above the 5.15.x series of the GNU/Linux kernel.
I on the other hand have chosen Red Hat Enterprise Linux Work Station which is based upon the legacy 4.8.x series kernels. My reasons for opting for a Linux distribution like RHEL that runs on a legacy kernel like the one that I'm currently using which I'll list below.

4.18.0-513.11.1.el8_9.x86_64Would the other LQ community view me a s a dinosaur for opting to use a Linux kernel that dates back maybe 10 or 15 years?
