Bandwidth control based on the range of IP addresses

Hello,
Is it possible to limit the bandwidth based on the range of IP addresses using iptables? For example, in a server where clients connect to it to receive the internet, IP addresses in the range of 172.20.1.0/24 should have a bandwidth of 100 Mbit/s, but IP addresses in the range of 172.20.2.0/24 should have a bandwidth of 200 Mbit/s.

Thank you.
