Panthers' Lockwood suspended 3 games for goalie interference on Fleury
Florida Panthers forward William Lockwood has been suspended three games for goalie interference on Minnesota Wild veteran Marc-Andre Fleury, the NHL Department of Player Safety announced Saturday.
The incident occurred in the first period of Friday's clash. Fleury later left the game and was unable to return due to an upper-body injury.

Lockwood was given a minor penalty on the play. The 25-year-old has recorded one assist in 23 games this season, his first with the Panthers.
Fleury's status remains unknown. He's posted an .897 save percentage in 23 appearances this season and recently passed Patrick Roy for second place on the all-time wins list.
Minnesota's next game comes Sunday against the Carolina Hurricanes.
