Difficulties in the several Linux' distro's

I have some questions and concerns about Linux:
If I want to put multiple Linux systems on one disk, I divide them into partitions and make them 'root', like I did with Opensuse leap and Linux Mint. Went very well, I thought I had found the solution for every Linux distro. I divide my disk in 18 partitions, about 50 GB, more or less, and format in ext4. Make them 'root' during install.
But no, when I try another linux, for example Manjaro or Alma Linux, then I look in Gparted or kde partition I see one big disk without partitions, the only thing that is free to install on is 1 'unallocated' of 20 MB.
Another thing:
When I want to pair my keyboard K380 in Linux Mint in bluetooth it sees all kinds of things but no keyboard, opensuse and Manjaro had no problems with that.
The same goes for printers, which is not a problem with one distro, you have to put in a lot more effort with another distro.
