enable log recording of irc (irssi)

hello
since few days im a bit new to irssi, where i tried to get the software join automatically some servers#channels.
i went up to configure everything (that's not that hard) in that purpose, but im totally unable to get the log record working.
here is my .irssi/config file, in attachment
