Brave (main browser) & Brave profiles no longer launch with alias but launch if manually put in terminal.

Hi.
I've no idea why this has happened. Does anyone know? I'm using the Flatpak version of Brave.
I have many programs that I launch upon login that I use daily each morn, all of the others startup without issue. Brave is the only non-repo program there, so perhaps that's something to do with this issue.
