USB boot fails to load a kernal no matter what

So small background I made Linux boot usbs ten years ago I'm 30 now and can't remember anything ... I decided to make a windows 11 laptop into a puppy Linux PC instead about a year ago and failed horribly it bricked the PC to this day no clue what I did wrong.
I have three other PCs at my disposal so I didn't bother with it till now
Moving on
I've attempted to use Rufus , and Linux live USB creator and even Chromebook recovery utility

Used attempted to use Kali Linux 2023( standard and purple versions ) , ubuntu-22.04.3, damnsmall-0.4.10, Voidpup64-22.02
I do have success using Chromebook recovery to make f96-CE_bin. Boot into a single working Linux PC
HOW EVER I really wanted options to try a few things and decide what to install directly.

ABSOLUTELY no matter which mix of iso or bin file of any of these Linux versions ( except F96) boot. Every single one gets errors of no bootable device, or must load kernal first, and sometimes. It. Gives me a grub4dos menu and even tho I can type absolutely no commands are ever recognized not boot, not load, not kernal, not geometry, not restart not helpanything I can find listed online.
I have gotten error 8 and error 15 on this grub4dos menu once or twice at what feels like complete random and is always unrepeatable

Yes I have a single working bootable USB. But surely more than one type of Linux can be ran on the windows 11 hp model 15-da0053wm
About the usbs I have 11 SanDisk ultras 3.0 64g. And 9 cruzer glide 32 g. All formatted. And work great with the working f69..... So I've ruled out the USBs as bad

I honestly wanted puppy Linux BECOUSE I was familiar with it years ago
But I'm using a recently available version NOT. The version from then and and I was hoping something a lot more "windows Like " Ubuntu or ect. Could be installed permanently and between the two have something better than windows to run with them then running I honestly want to abandon windows.
I know I'm not offering much real information but I really don't know intricate things just that there is both iso and bin version. And I'm certain there is a kernal in them.
I'm sorry if I don't reply immediately I'm a 12 hour shift maintenance person I'm offline alot. But I figured I'd reach out because this has been persisting for a month and nothing I Google helps I'm hoping you guys can
