I get a "device descriptor read/64, error -62" message when plugging my USB key.

Hello there.
I often get the following error message on my terminal when I try to plug my TL-WN823N USB wireless adaptator:
Quote:
[...] usb 2-4: device not accepting address 27, error -62
[...] usb 2-4: device descriptor read/64, error -62
[...] usb 2-4: device descriptor read/64, error -62
[...] usb 2-4: device not accepting address 29, error -62
[...] usb 2-4: device not accepting address 30, error -62
[...] usb usb2-port4: unable to enumerate USB device
As a result, the USB key is not even detected (I indeed looked up at lsusb).
It does not always happen, but when everything seems to work fine the message eventually appears after some time...
What does this exactly mean and how can I fix it ?
