Hacked by my gal or a controlling boss?? Help

So I'm a carpenter and not a tech person at all but I noticed that my user certificate was on a exchange account? Possibly or it was ported through 443 but either way I don't know why it was saved on my girls phone along with a qr code for my Samsung account. In the meantime I lost access to my first and only Gmail account do.to the recovery email is itself and it really seems like I'm in Google workspace now instead of just my regular Gmail. Anyway so I do some reading and digging into my phone and see that I have all these permissions that I can't change or opt out of. It maybe just the way it is but I have never been in the depths of my phone like this. Since then I picked up a chrome book because I figured I could unroot my what appears to be a rooted phone but no luck. I also went through 5 or 6 different numbers and 2 service carriers. It seems like I'm in a proxy server in a workspace with an admin or something. It probably isn't as deep as I think but I tend to over think things like this and really just want to know if I am in some sort of server or if it could be this lady that I have been working for maybe keeping an eye on me for some odd reason but it would be unlikely that she would have left my buddy and I get away with some of the things we have been doing in her house as we renovated it. (Mostly hookers and drugs) lol anyway so I am all ears or eyes since I have to read it but anyone who can shed some light on this or possibly even get my original Gmail back it would be worth something for real.
