[SOLVED] Looking for distro that has libraries and their documentation in a single package.

I love Debian. I can live with Ubuntu or some derivative. But it get's frustrating when messing around with C to have to go find the *-docs package to get the man pages to a given library. Are there any distros that avoid this (imho) unnecessary separation? Install library, man pages included?
