Software for writing man pages
by lucmove from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6JZJ1)
Nobody likes to write documentation.
Well, I don't really mind, I like writing, but for this I want something obscenely simple.
1. It should give me a template with all the sections so I don't have to learn what they are.
2. It should handle all the formatting automatically or in a very easy way and by "very easy way" I mean I don't even want to know what troff and groff are, much less learn their extraterrestrial lingo.
Is there such software? I've been searching and can't find any.
If not, I will just write a README or HOWTO txt file with all the relevant info and call it a day.
TIA
