Partition mounting fails after hibernation
by vishnukurupath from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6KDB5)
Hello all,
I have been using debian (newbie: since January). I have used the following script to hibernate my laptop when the lid is closed.
https://wiki.debian.org/SystemdSuspendSedation
But today as I was resuming from my hibernation, I accidentally pressed F11/F12 (which are my brightness keys on my laptop) and the booting got hung up.
I tried a forced reboot, but the bootloader is unable to mount my home and puts me into the emergency mode. Looking through the disk partitions using a live CD, I could see that neither /home or / are listed and only swap is listed.
Can someone kindly help as I have in my laptop some important data
Please help !!
