David Thomson was wanted in the 2019 deaths of two people in their Hamilton home when he took his own life shortly after police surrounded his Brantford, Ont., hotel room. Thomson's dad told a coroner's inquest Monday his son faced mental and physical health problems he didn't tell others about and he treated peoplewith the utmost attention and care.
