Eight new stable kernels

Sasha Levin has announced the release of the 6.8.2, 6.7.11,6.6.23, 6.1.83, 5.15.153, 5.10.214, 5.4.273, and 4.19.311 stable kernels. Each contains a longlist of important fixes throughout the kernel tree.
