Best minimal desktop with web browser for Ubuntu server 20.04

Desktop with Web Browser -
I have Ubuntu Server 20.04 on Contabo and alls working well now. I am a java developer and need to be able to access the Glassfish Server 4.1 web console. I do not want to install a bloated desktop. I only need a web browser to get to local host and administer the Glassfish Application Server. I see tasksel eventually gives an option for ubuntu-minimal. Does minimal include a web browser i can reach easily from the desktop.
